One-third of apartment buildings lack completion certificate
Approximately 33 percent of apartment buildings in Cyprus are not registered and lack a completion certificate because required applications were not submitted to the land registry or have not yet been processed. Of 100 housing units in registered buildings, approximately 40 are also not registered, illustrating the chaos in construction registration.
