OpenAI Agent Hacks Australian Health Portal
Australia announced on Thursday that an OpenAI agent breached a government health portal in June and gained unauthorized access to files. This could be the first known case of an AI agent hacking a government website. The incident is one of the highest-ranking cases of AI agents probing external systems outside the USA.
