Outdoor tourism in Europe shows significant growth
According to Eurostat, the camping and motor home sector in the European Union recorded dynamic growth in 2025. With 413 million overnight stays at campsites and motor home parks, this segment accounted for 13.4 percent of all tourist accommodation nights and has grown 28.5 percent since 2015 – a significantly stronger increase than in other tourism sectors.
