Over 1,400 Dilapidated Buildings Identified in Nicosia
In Nicosia, 1,466 buildings with structural or other damage have been registered, of which only four are so critically damaged that they must be evacuated. Since the responsible authority took over management in April 2025, the number of problematic buildings increased from 1,198 to the current total. This shows a significant increase in the identification of structural defects in the capital.
