Over 128,000 Emergency Calls for Ambulances in 18 Months
Cyprus' emergency dispatch center handled a total of 128,178 operations between January 2025 and June 2026. The data shows that 37.1 percent of cases were non-urgent. Despite the increased number of operations, the response time of ambulances has not significantly deteriorated.
