Panamanian Cargo Ship Sinks Off India's Coast
The cargo ship Ocean Winner, flying under a Panamanian flag, sank off India's eastern coast. The Indian Coast Guard lost radio contact with the vessel and managed to rescue two crew members. The rescue operations were coordinated by India's Navy and Coast Guard officials.
