Paphos Fights Against 226 Dilapidated and Dangerous Buildings
A total of 226 buildings at risk of collapse or deemed dangerous have been identified in the Paphos region, with the city of Paphos presenting the largest problem. Charalampos Pittokopitis, president of the Paphos Architects and Engineers Association, confirmed this and emphasized that repair work is underway on two of the three most dangerous apartment buildings. These inspections were intensified following the tragic series of incidents in Limassol.
