Paphos Gymnasium wins European Ancient Greek theatre competition
The Nikolaideio Gymnasium in Paphos, together with the Kastoria Music School, won first prize in a European competition for ancient theatre. The school performed Aristophanes' "The Birds" and prevailed against a total of 21 participating schools. The competition took place in Avella, Italy, and was organized by a non-profit Greek organization.
