Paphos: Trial in death of toddler – blood alcohol level documented
A 37-year-old British man accused of his three-year-old son's death had 124 mg of alcohol in his blood at the time of the incident, the prosecution announced on Tuesday. The man's lawyer argued that no evidence was provided that alcohol consumption had affected his behavior. The decision is scheduled for October 16.
