Paphos with most expensive new real estate in Cyprus
In the first half of 2026, 3,594 new residential properties were sold in Cyprus for a total of 1.149 billion euros. Limassol leads in overall value development, Nicosia has the most transactions, while Paphos has the highest average prices for new homes.
