Paramount-Warner Bros Discovery Takeover Put on Hold
A federal court in California has ordered a temporary halt to the takeover of Warner Bros Discovery by Paramount Skydance pending substantive proceedings, on petition. Federal Judge Araceli Martinez-Olguin's decision was made in response to a lawsuit filed by attorneys general from 12 U.S. states.
