Parliament Advances Reform for Business Bank Accounts
On Monday, the Cypriot Parliament rejected President Nikos Christodoulides' referral back of a law on bank accounts for small businesses by a vote of 22 to 20, thereby reaffirming its support for the legislation. Parliament calls on the President to sign the law, which establishes fee regulations for such accounts.
