Parliament debates 21 bills on enforcement and non-performing loans
The Cypriot Boulé will vote on a total of 21 bills and legislative proposals regarding non-performing loans and enforcement proceedings on Monday. The Ministry of Finance has revised two bills, while 19 others have been submitted by various parties, with improvements to the debt confirmation mechanism by the Financial Ombudsman. However, the Financial Ombudsman has expressed concerns about some of the proposals.
