Parliament Deliberates on Foreclosures and Credit Reforms
The Cypriot Parliament will vote in a special session on Monday on two legislative proposals and 19 legislative motions concerning foreclosures, out-of-court dispute resolution, credit guarantees, and a new insolvency framework. Parliamentary factions are intensively preparing for the vote. The regulations aim to improve protection of debtors and borrowers.
