Parliament Partially Approves Presidential Referral on Consumer Protection
The Cypriot Parliament has partially accepted the President's referral of the amended law on consumer protection regarding unfair contract terms. The vote resulted in 37 votes in favor and one vote against. The law, passed on March 26, is intended to strengthen the legal framework against unfair contractual conditions.
