Parliament passes laws regulating foreclosures
The Cypriot Parliament passed a comprehensive legislative package to protect borrowers and regulate foreclosures and dispute resolution procedures. The plenary approved two government bills amending the law on out-of-court resolution of financial disputes and the mortgage law.
