Parliamentarians Ask Questions and Then Disappear
In Cypriot parliamentary committees, it is systematically observed that some deputies pose questions to guests but leave before answers are given. Many of these deputies subsequently issue public statements even though the session is still ongoing. The reasons for this behavior are unclear.
