Parliamentarians demand government measures on judicial reforms
The institutional affairs committee of the Cypriot Parliament addressed the slow pace of judicial system reform and delays in court proceedings. The focus was on the European Commission's rule of law report on Cyprus, which again calls on the government to complete judicial reform and establish effective oversight of decisions to reject cases.
