Parliamentary Committee Rejects Presidential Vetoes on Teachers
The Parliamentary Education Committee rejected two presidential vetoes in an emergency session. The first veto concerned a bill by DIPA MP Aleko Tryphonidis on the supervision of students in primary schools, and the second an AKEL draft on temporary teachers. The student supervision proposal was not submitted to the plenary assembly.
