Parties Call for Reunification on Independence Day
Several Cypriot parties renewed calls to end the island's division on the 66th anniversary of the Republic of Cyprus's independence. Alma, Edek, Dipa and the Greens warned that the current status quo could become a permanent solution and paid tribute to those who fought for Cyprus's independence.
