Passenger Attempts to Open Emergency Exit During Flight
A passenger on a Batik Air flight from Kuala Lumpur to Kochi attempted to open the emergency exit door at 30,000 feet altitude. The 36-year-old Indian citizen Jamsheer Athanikkal was arrested on attempted murder charges after threatening fellow passengers and crew before being restrained with cable ties.
