Patient Complaint Office Active in All Health Facilities
Patient ombudsmen have begun their work in all major hospitals and clinics in Cyprus. They register complaints, provide information, and attempt to resolve problems within two days. This new ombudsman office is intended to protect patient rights and improve access to health services.
