Pension Reform Law to Enter Parliament in September
Labor and Social Insurance Minister Marinos Mousiouttis announced that the draft bill for pension reform (first pillar) will soon be submitted to social partners and is expected to enter parliamentary proceedings in early September. The first pillar affects the social insurance fund and is scheduled to take effect on February 1, 2027, if the timeline is met.
