People with disabilities protest against new social laws
Dozens of people with disabilities protested outside the Presidential Palace against new government laws on disability benefits. The demonstration was organized by the Pan-Cyprian Organization of the Blind, supported by other groups. On placards they demanded: 'No to our exclusion from society' and 'Dignity means rights, not charity'.
