Petrol Prices in Cyprus Up 17% Since Middle East Conflict
Petrol prices in Cyprus have increased by 16.80% since the beginning of the Middle East conflict. According to data from the European Commission, the average price for regular petrol rose from 1.31 euros to 1.53 euros per litre between February and April 2026. Cyprus thus records one of the steeper price increases among EU countries.
