Philippa Karsera appointed ambassador – promotions in foreign service
The Public Service Commission announced the promotion of four diplomats to ambassadors, including Philippa Karsera. The new ambassadors will assume their positions effective May 15, 2026, and will be placed in salary grade A15, with annual gross incomes between 64,713 and 80,433 euros.
