Platform for bail-in compensation reactivated
The electronic platform for compensating savers and bondholders from the 2013 banking crisis will be reactivated in the coming days. It is aimed at individuals who have already filed an application but have not received repayment. The Finance Ministry also plans a new compensation program for 2027, as Finance State Secretary Andreas Zachariades announced on Monday.
