Police call for regular psychological tests for weapon licensing
A representative of the Cyprus police union proposes that psychometric tests should be conducted upon renewal of licensing for service weapons. Currently, psychometric tests are only performed during recruitment, not later during active service. The union representative recommends regular psychological evaluations upon renewal of weapon licensing.
