Police conduct island patrol: Two arrests
The Cypriot police arrested two persons during a nationwide patrol for crime prevention and traffic control. One suspect was arrested in Paphos for driving despite a driving ban and having outstanding fines. A second was arrested in the Famagusta district for illegal residence. A total of 93 traffic violations were recorded.
