Police Officers Under Investigation for Data Leak
Several Cypriot police officers are the subject of criminal and disciplinary investigations for allegedly accessing information from police systems without authorization and passing it on to third parties. According to Nikos Loizides, head of the Isotita union, allegations of unauthorized information gathering from police databases are being investigated.
