Police operation against human trafficking: No victims found
The Cypriot police participated in the global operation "Global Chain" against human trafficking, which resulted in 1,024 arrests across five continents. In Cyprus, 17 operations were conducted in bars and apartments, however, no victims of human trafficking were identified. The four-day operation was specifically targeted at human trafficking networks.
