Police Reforms in Missing Persons Investigations Following Metaxa Case
Following the case of serial killer Nikos Metaxa, gaps in police procedures for investigating missing persons were identified. A panel at the Cyprus Forum discussed what changes have taken place in investigations since 2019 and the extent to which these reforms have been accompanied by genuine accountability.
