Police Warn of Fraud Wave Using Car Note Slips
Cypriot police warn of a new fraud method in which fraudsters leave handwritten notes on car windscreens. These notes are designed to trick drivers into downloading an app that allegedly provides information about crime in the surrounding area, but actually aims at data theft.
