Porsche Sells Stakes in Bugatti and Rimac
Automotive manufacturer Porsche has agreed to sell its stakes in Bugatti Rimac and the Rimac Group. German stakes of 45% in Bugatti Rimac and 20.6% in Rimac are being transferred to a consortium led by American investment fund HOF Capital. The transaction involves control of the Bugatti brand, which was founded in 2021.
