Power Company Unions Plan Strike Escalation
The unions of the Cyprus Electricity Public Company (EAC) will decide within the next two days on an escalation of their strike actions. The workers are demanding the resolution of issues regarding electricity supply security and electricity costs. The chairman of the union EPOPAI-OHO-SEK, Kyriakos Tafounas, made clear that all demands are related to electricity supply security and costs.
