Power Connection: Investors Likely Not Responsible for Additional Costs
Following an analysis of regulatory decisions by the Cyprus energy authority RAEK and the Greek RAAEU for the power interconnection, it is not legally and procedurally established that investors such as the company Great Sea Interconnector (66% stake) must bear additional costs beyond the budgeted 1.9 billion euros.
