Power Supplier EAC on Strike, Further Escalation Possible
Employees of Cypriot power supply company EAC began a 24-hour strike at midnight with possible escalation by unions. During the strike, the headquarters and customer service remain closed, but critical infrastructure is to be maintained with emergency staffing.
