Power supply: Emergency measures for generators initiated
In light of electricity supply bottlenecks, particularly after 2030, the regulatory authority (RAEK) and the Energy Ministry have raised the alarm. As negotiations over natural gas imports are stalling, an accelerated procedure is being initiated to procure offers for conventional power generation generators. An emergency procedure will be put in place to ensure future electricity supply security.
