The competent authorities are conducting a precautionary check on a specific batch of the blood thinner Warfant 3 mg, as some packages may contain tablets of 1 mg instead of 3 mg. The Health Insurance Organization (OAY) has informed doctors and pharmacists about the situation and it affects exclusively batch 25002 of the product.
