President Refers Five Laws for Review
The President of the Republic has referred five laws passed by the House of Representatives for review and submitted four additional laws to the Supreme Constitutional Court. This was done on the recommendation of the Attorney General and the Legal Department. The goal is to achieve functional and fair solutions for expropriation issues.
