Primary Residences Account for Only 6% of Forced Auctions
Contrary to public concern, official central bank data show that primary residences account for only 6 percent of all forced auctions due to unpaid loans. One-third of these cases are resolved amicably. This contradicts public discussions and parliamentary concerns about the frequency of primary residence auctions.
