Property deal of Turkish-Cypriot heirs in Paphos goes to court
A long-standing legal dispute between Turkish-Cypriot heirs and the Republic of Cyprus over 125 properties in Paphos (official value: 58.6 million euros, sale price: 11.8 million euros) is being brought before civil courts. On April 30, the appeals administrative court decided that neither it nor the administrative court has jurisdiction.
