Property Registry Helps Resolve Co-ownership Conflicts
The article addresses a legal problem in co-ownership: when co-heirs jointly own a property and one wishes to partition it while the others refuse. Cypriot property law (Article 29 of the Property Laws) offers solutions for such situations to prevent owners from remaining indefinitely in unwanted co-ownerships.
