Prosecutors Reject Motions to Dismiss
The Attorney General's Office of Cyprus will not grant the motions filed by five defendants in a trial concerning documents from the Central Prison. Prosecutor Vasilis Bissas informed the court in Nicosia that motions by defendants four through eight have been rejected. Attorney General George Savvides reserves the right to review this decision.
