Protection Measures Against Foot-and-Mouth Disease Intensified
Agriculture Minister Maria Panagiotou has issued a fourth decree to combat foot-and-mouth disease to prevent further spread of the disease and protect the livestock sector. Currently, 110 farms in Larnaca and Nicosia are affected by the disease. The new measures are now in effect.
