Public service: Patchwork instead of fundamental reform
A commentary criticizes the Public Service Reform of 2022 and its implementation two years later. Despite serious structural problems and lack of coherence in cross-departmental promotions, patchwork solutions were implemented instead of fundamental changes. The author argues that superficial adjustments cannot lead to genuine improvements.
