Putin Accuses Ukraine of Intensified Attacks on Civilian Infrastructure
Russian President Vladimir Putin accused Ukraine of intensifying its attacks on civilian infrastructure in Russia. He cited a drone attack on an oil refinery in the southern city of Tuapse as an example. Putin stated that drone attacks against civilian infrastructure are becoming increasingly frequent.
