Putin and Erdoğan Meet: Turkey Preferred Partner of Russia
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan met with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Kyrgyzstan at the Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit. Both countries described their relations as at an 'advanced level' and discussed new nuclear power plants as well as their strategic partnership.
