Rape case: Accused Paidonis disputes medical report
Accused Paidoni Paidonis, former mayor of Paphos, questioned in yesterday's court hearing a preliminary application concerning the credibility of a state physician who had examined the plaintiff. The defense had already initiated proceedings the previous week to have the plaintiff evaluated by a psychiatrist of its own choice. The application was presented yesterday.
