Rare ancient surgical instrument discovered in Bulgaria
Archaeologists have discovered an exceptionally rare ancient surgical instrument for bladder stone removal in the ancient Greek city of Heraclea Sintica in southwestern Bulgaria. The artifact was found in a room next to the temple and was presented by excavation director Dr. Lyudmil Vagalinski.
